Website Rules:
By placing a profile on our Social Site you are stating that you agree to the Rules of the Club & Website, anyone that does not agree with these rules should delete their Profiles immediately.
Advertising your own/another Swingers Club or Website without asking Pendulum’s Owners first MAY result in your Profile being suspended and any inappropriate posts affected WILL be removed.
Do not Spam other members with adverts or inappropriate posts, this is unacceptable, rude and WILL result in your Website Profile being Suspended.
Any Profile not FULLY and ACCURATELY completed will not be accepted onto our Website (any previously completed but later edited Member Profile removing Information MAY be Suspended)
Verification by phone call or current Member referral is MANDATORY for all Couple & Single Ladies Profiles this is to stop any “unwanted timewasters” or “fakers” from gaining access to and damaging the friendly and the GENUINELY fun aspects of Pendulum Swingers
Any Photo’s submitted to the Social Site must include ONLY those people that have given written permission for you to use the Photo’s on Pendulum Swingers, and if requested by the Site Owners this permission MUST be provided or you MAY have the Photo’s removed and you MAY have your Website Profile Suspended.
Any Photo’s submitted MUST be legal and must NOT under any circumstances include persons under 18, OR anything of an Obscene/Illegal nature. Any Profile found to have submitted these COULD be reported to the Authorities and WILL have their Profile Suspended.
Rules applying to Both Club & Website:
Club Members MUST be aged 21 or over to attend our Club based Events, Members of the Website CAN attend any Social Event if they are aged 18 or over but ID may be requested to prove your age(s) in the event of a query.
By joining us you agree that you are NOT associated with the Press and have NO intentions of adversely publicising ANY aspect of any Pendulum Swingers Website, Event, Social or Groups verbally, written, electronically or photographically, AND you must NOT be in any way planning to damage the reputations, or livelihoods, of any members of any Pendulum Swingers Website, Event, Social or Groups.
Provision of Sexual or “other” services for reward is FORBIDDEN (i.e. No Working Girls EVER will be allowed into our events & No Rival Website/Club Advertising will be accepted without EXPRESS permission from Pendulum Swingers Owners) all offenders WILL be ejected and MAY have their Website Profile Suspended!
The decision of Pendulum Swingers Owners WILL be final in the event of a dispute of any nature on the Website, Social Site, the Club Nights or any Social events advertised on Pendulum Swingers Websites.
Guests registering early, couples & previously attended guests have priority when allocating spaces at the events we run.
Single Males are limited to 10% of the expected Guest List, or to the same number as Single Females, whichever is the greater EXCEPT on the Singles & Couples Events which are geared to Couples who enjoy Singles!
Failure to attend 3 events after booking a confirmed place will result in the suspension of your Website Profile UNLESS you cancel PRIOR to the event using one of the methods described in our Social Site, and a cancellation fee may be asked for in the event that losses were incurred due to your late notice/zero notice non-attendance of a paid event, this could be up to 50% of the advertised entry ticket price.
Club Rules
All guests should arrive and leave quietly with the respect of other Persons in the area.
Please be considerate of others by not playing loud music from your car, by closing car doors quietly and please remember to park your vehicle considerately. (there is plenty of safe Private parking available)
Guests are advised that PHOTO ID must be brought with them on their first visit to a Club Night and this must show your home address.
Our dress code for all events is Smart but Casual, Men should wear Shirts, Trousers, Shoes (NOT Dirty Clothing, Ripped Clothing etc), Ladies can wear anything Smart, Casual or Sexy but please do Dress to Impress or the less the better!
Blades or other offensive weapons are NOT permitted
Non-consensual sexual acts are FORBIDDEN and personal limitations must ALWAYS be respected.
Illegal Drugs are NOT allowed into any event or party etc that we are running, anyone found to be using or passing drugs to others will be ejected from the Venue, and MAY be reported to the police.
As per the Law we use non-smoking venues, there is however an outside smoking area provided at all of our Venues, some that are covered and Heated!!
Food and drink (other than bottled water) should be consumed ONLY in the lounge/bar area.
Personal Drinks & Food are NOT permitted into the club UNLESS express permission is sought PRIOR to the event (EXCEPT at the Singles & Couples or Naturist Events where it is a BYO Drinks event).
Due to limited space & licensing laws “on the door” admission is not permitted, unless you have spoken with the organisers prior to the event.
Remember that NO means NO and in no way means anything else, if any members are found to be harassing or upsetting anyone then they may be liable to have their membership suspended and/or be ejected from the club, further action may also be taken against them.
Couples that book as a Couple must attend as a Couple, men arriving unaccompanied by their female Partner will NOT be admitted unless there have been cancellations on the night, BUT If the female of the Couple wishes to attend on their own they are ACCEPTED without a restriction as long as we know in advance.
There is a NO PRESSURE rule in place at our Events, anyone found to be abusing this will be warned ONCE to respect the rules, the offender(s) MAY be asked to leave and MAY have their Membership suspended if this first warning is not followed, there is a policy of NO REFUNDS in the event you are ejected from the Venue for ANY REASON that is affected by a contravention of the rules of the Club
